PCBs Remain in Hudson River Water Samples

January 31 – (Daily Gazette) – Of more than 10,000 water samples from the Hudson River tested in recent years, more than 85% contain levels of PCBs hundreds of times higher than those allowed by the state of New York. This information comes to light in a report published on behalf of the Hudson River Natural Resource Trustees including NOAA and NYSDEC.
