Feds: Hudson River PCB Damage Remains

February 1, 2018 – (Times Union) – In light of Wednesday’s report published on behalf of Hudson River Natural Resource trustees, Ned Sullivan (President – Scenic Hudson) also says the federal Environmental Protection Agency may have misjudged allowing GE to dismantle its Fort Edwards production plant – the source of a large portion of the Hudson River’s PCBs – after the company completed dredging in 2015.
